REFUND POLICY

At Girls Day Out 4wd Edition, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products and events. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we will offer refunds. By purchasing our products or registering for our events, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. Product Refunds

1.1 Eligibility for Refunds: To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

The return request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.

1.2 Non-Refundable Items: The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards

Customized or personalized products

1.3 Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back to us.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

1.4 Processing Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

 

2. Event Refunds

2.1 Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for an event registration refund, the following conditions must be met:

The refund request must be made at least 14 days prior to the event date.

Refund requests made less than 14 days before the event date are not eligible for a refund, except in exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) at our discretion.

2.2 Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Late registration fees

2.3 Event Cancellation: If we cancel an event, you will be entitled to a full refund of the registration fee. We will notify you of the cancellation and process your refund within 7-10 business days.

2.4 Event Rescheduling: If an event is rescheduled, your registration will automatically be transferred to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund according to the terms outlined in section 2.1.

 

3. Exchanges

3.1 Product Exchanges: If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the item to initiate an exchange.

3.2 Event Exchanges: Event registrations are non-transferable. If you are unable to attend an event, please refer to our refund policy outlined in section 2.
