About the event
Our South Brisbane Mechanical Day is all about helping women gain confidence in understanding how their vehicles work — whether it’s your daily driver or your weekend 4WD.
Led by the Girls Day Out 4WD Edition team with support from qualified mechanics, this relaxed and interactive workshop covers the essential skills every driver should know. You’ll learn how to check fluids, identify key components under the bonnet, understand tyres and pressures, and perform basic maintenance safely.
This is a supportive, no-pressure environment — perfect for asking questions, getting hands-on, and walking away feeling empowered and capable.
